Quickie Salmon Nourish Bowl
If you know me, you’ll know I’m very impatient. I can’t bear complicated recipes and time consuming cooking, particularly at lunchtime! This recipe is perfectly balanced with protein, healthy fats and fibre, along with a warming, gut friendly miso broth. Perfect for these dreary Winter days.
There is no real method to this, I just shove everything in a bowl!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp miso paste and 250ml boiling water for the broth
2 x slices smoked salmon (or steam one salmon fillet)
50g cooked brown rice (or use a precooked brown rice packet)
1/2 carrot peeled into ribbons or spiralised
Handful of steamed tenderstem broccoli
To serve:
Snipped fresh chives
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
