I offer a complimentary 15 minute discovery call to discuss your health challenges and what you are hoping to achieve. I will outline if and how I can help, and recommend a package suitable to your needs. I am also happy to do this via email.

Kickstart Nutritional Therapy package
One initial (90 minutes) and one follow up (60 minutes) over 4-6 weeks.
Package Price: £200
Standard Nutritional Therapy Package
One initial (90 minutes) and two follow ups (2 x 60 minutes) over 8-12 weeks.
Package price - £260
Additional follow ups will be charged at £75 for 60 minutes.
What is included?
In-depth health assessment including symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and diet, and discussion on how they may be contributing to your symptoms
Review of any previous blood tests
Review of drug/nutrient interactions and depletions
A written bespoke plan within 2 working days of our consultation including diet and lifestyle recommendations, plus supplements (where appropriate), educational handouts and recipes to help you on your way
Recommendation of laboratory tests (where appropriate, through the NHS and/or private functional testing)
Review and interpretation of all functional test results
Regular email support in between consultations to assess progress and keep you on track
